1-to-1 Personal Training
Here at Lee Mcgrorty Fitness, our personal training is carried out on a one to one basis and we believe personal training done in this private way is the only way! Only you and your trainer will be present, no one else in the gym!
Both studios have modern cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, dumbbells range from 1kg to 50kg and lots more equipment to use. This allows us to cover all aspects of training and allows us to provide personal training to all abilities!
We have a minimum block booking of four sessions at a cost of £100/£25 per session. The first session is an induction where you will fill in a physical activity readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q). After this, a full body analysis will be carried out to assess your current condition, then discuss and agree a suitable plan. This will take one hour and will be charged as one of your sessions. Once complete all the support and advice needed will be given to achieve your personal goals. Training will begin on your next session. All personal training sessions is one hour long and can be booked with your trainer from 6 am to 10 pm seven days a week based on availability.
